01Who this notice covers
AWARA is the travel brand presented on this website. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse, request an India itinerary, ask about a group or private trip, contact us, or share travel content. For privacy questions, use support@awaratravells.in or +91 7439434345. The legal contracting entity and invoice particulars for an actual purchase must be identified in your booking documents. This notice does not suggest that an enquiry alone creates a travel booking.
02Information you choose to provide
The enquiry forms ask for your name, mobile number, preferred destination and trip style. The trip planner also asks for your travel date, number of travellers and approximate budget. A discount enquiry includes the destination and whether you want a Group Trip or Private Trip. Messages you send directly may contain additional details. Please do not enter passport scans, Aadhaar numbers, payment credentials, passwords, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information into a general enquiry form. Share another traveller’s details only with their authority.
03Why we use your details
We use enquiry information to discuss your requirements, prepare quotations, distinguish group and private trip interest, check relevant availability, respond to requests and support a booking you decide to make. We may also use relevant correspondence to resolve disputes, prevent misuse and maintain records required by applicable law. Contact about your specific enquiry is different from an ongoing marketing subscription. You can ask us to stop optional promotional contact. An enquiry does not give unlimited permission to use your information for unrelated advertising.
04How form submissions and messages work
When you submit a form, it is first saved in AWARA’s managed enquiry database. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the authorised administrator. The website then attempts to send a notification through FormSubmit to support@awaratravells.in. The email subject identifies Group Trip or Private Trip and the enquiry source. A successful website response confirms that the enquiry was saved, not delivery to a particular inbox or confirmation of travel. If saving cannot be confirmed, the form keeps the details visible and offers another contact route. An email failure does not remove the saved enquiry; the admin dashboard shows whether forwarding was confirmed.
05Other services and sharing
WhatsApp opens only when you choose a WhatsApp link; its prefilled message may contain the trip details you chose to include. Sending that message is your action. Email links open your email application, and telephone links open the calling feature supported by your device. Hosting, email and font services can receive technical information needed to operate their services, such as an IP address or browser request. We share booking information with relevant suppliers when needed to arrange your selected services, and disclose information where legally required. We do not sell enquiry information.
06Device storage, sound and technical data
The current landing page uses device storage for the welcome sound preference, offer request deadline and whether an offer was prepared. Session storage records whether the introductory offer has already appeared. These settings help the experience work consistently and do not contain the form’s name or mobile fields. Browser and hosting infrastructure may create operational or security logs. See the Cookies & Device Storage Policy for the exact keys and controls. The current page does not include AWARA-installed advertising pixels or a visitor analytics tag.
07Retention, protection and location
We retain enquiry and booking correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, support, disputes or applicable recordkeeping obligations, then remove or anonymise it where feasible. A third-party provider can have its own retention practices: FormSubmit’s documentation describes a 30-day submission archive, while AWARA’s mailbox records are separate. Service providers may process information outside your region. We take reasonable precautions, but internet, email and messaging systems cannot be guaranteed risk-free. Do not send confidential documents through an unverified contact channel.
08Choices, requests and children
You may contact us to ask what relevant information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional contact consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may request proportionate verification and explain any legal reason that prevents full deletion, such as a necessary transaction record. Rights and response obligations apply to the extent required by laws in force. The owner-only admin panel uses ChatGPT sign-in and checks the authorised account on the server. Uploaded videos, cover images, captions and publication status are stored in the website’s managed media storage. Published content is publicly viewable; draft media is restricted to the administrator. The website enquiry service is intended for adults. A parent or authorised adult should arrange travel involving children and provide only the information necessary for that booking.
09Questions, updates and further reading
Email support@awaratravells.in with the subject Privacy Request and a description of what you need; do not include more identity information than necessary. We will route and address the request under applicable requirements. We may update this notice when features or processing change, showing the updated date on this page. Materially different optional uses require an appropriate new notice or choice.
