Terms & Conditions
Clear expectations for a better journey.
01Scope and relationship
These terms apply to AWARA’s travel enquiry website and to travel services specifically agreed in a written booking confirmation. AWARA focuses on India travel, including private trips, group trips and experience-led itineraries. Browsing, clicking a destination, requesting a discount or exchanging an initial message does not create a confirmed reservation. The contracting entity, actual services, dates, price, supplier details where relevant and agreed payment schedule must be clear in the booking documents before you pay. Keep a copy of those documents and these applicable terms.
02Who can make an enquiry or booking
You must be an adult with capacity to make the relevant arrangement, or act through an authorised adult. A lead traveller submitting information for a family or group must have authority to do so and share relevant booking terms with the other travellers. You are responsible for accurate names, ages, dates, contact information and requirements. Tell us promptly if details change. We will explain changes that affect availability or price. Please do not use another person’s identity or submit information without their permission.
03Website information and quotations
Destination photographs, route examples, categories and video slots introduce possible experiences; they are not a promise that every featured location, attraction or activity is included in a package. Some photographs are representative travel imagery. Travel time, weather, permits, local opening conditions and supplier availability can affect what is possible. Your written itinerary controls the specific services offered. A quotation remains subject to the stated validity and confirmation conditions. Any apparent error should be clarified before payment, rather than treated as a guaranteed bargain or confirmed service.
04What forms a booking agreement
A booking requires written confirmation of the agreed services and any payment required under the disclosed schedule. Ask about unclear items before agreeing, including room category, occupancy, meal plan, transfers, sightseeing, entry fees, permits and optional activities. Written booking-specific conditions apply to the relevant service; a supplier term cannot remove a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These website terms, the booking confirmation and the relevant policy pages should be read together, without using any of them to conceal a material charge.
05Payments, discounts and confirmations
Amounts, taxes, instalments and any supplier deadline must be stated in your quotation or confirmation. The website enquiry form is not a checkout and does not collect card or banking credentials. Verify payment instructions using the published contact details. “Up to ₹3,000 off” refers to selected offers, not every destination or travel date, and the final eligible saving must be explained in the quotation. A countdown measures the displayed offer-request window; it does not reserve a room, guarantee inventory or create a universal right to a discount.
06Suppliers, changes and service problems
Hotels, transport operators, guides, activity providers and public authorities may control parts of an itinerary. We explain the booking role relevant to your arrangement and help address issues affecting agreed services. Tell us promptly about a problem during the trip so a practical remedy can be explored. Alternatives should be discussed, including material differences and additional costs, rather than assumed to be acceptable. Independent supplier involvement does not automatically excuse AWARA’s own obligations or exclude remedies that apply under consumer law.
07Traveller responsibilities and website use
Travellers must follow lawful safety instructions, carry required documents, respect local rules and report needs that materially affect the itinerary. Do not harass others, damage property, publish others’ private information, interfere with this website, submit spam or use its forms for unlawful purposes. Copyright and other rights in website content remain with their owners. You may use information to consider a genuine trip, but may not pass off AWARA’s branding or another creator’s content as your own. Content permissions are explained separately.
08Cancellations, limits and consumer rights
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms disclosed for your booking. No general statement on this site means every payment is non-refundable. Liability depends on the service, the facts and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, makes a traveller surrender a consumer complaint right, or treats an unavoidable event as an automatic waiver of every obligation. Losses and reasonable remedies should be assessed fairly and supported by records.
09Contact, disputes and changes to terms
Contact support@awaratravells.in or +91 7439434345 with your booking reference and the issue you want addressed. Send written details for an auditable record and allow a reasonable opportunity for a response or remedy, without losing any statutory deadline or urgent remedy. Applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction rules established by law govern relevant disputes; this page does not force an unlawful exclusive forum. Website terms may be updated prospectively. An update does not silently rewrite a confirmed booking’s agreed material terms or restrict accrued rights.
